William has a broad civil and commercial practice, with a particular focus on intellectual property and commercial law. He has been involved in cases concerning trademarks and passing off, copyright licensing and patent infringement, competition (advisory), trust & probate, defamation, general commercial and arbitration. William has appeared as an advocate (either in his own right or as a led junior) in the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Tribunal, the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal.
